Milpark Business School NO RESPONSE

I am an alumni and I need copies of my certificates and it seems like their email contact never works, All they tell me is my email has been referred and no response or nothing , its almost 10 days later they not giving feedback on my request and their telephone numbers dont work. What a terrible institution !!!!!!
