Milpark administration is the worst

Ever since I started my tertiary educational journey distance learning was a must due to my employment obligations. I started my PGDIP in Financial planning last year June and the service was great, but in December their services became the worst I have ever experienced. A lady assisted me with the registration of 4 subjects. On 11 December 2023 the full payment was made and I received correspondence that everythinhg was in order for the 2024 year cycle 1,2 and 3. On 13 January 2024 they phoned me and said they made a mistake and they missed the pre-requisite subject. I asked them if I can do more than one subject per cycle due to it not being my mistake and the work back agreements with my employer has already been signed and finalised. They said they will help me to apply but it mean time they will register me for the pre-requisite. Ever since I have heard nothing, they didnt come back, and I have called 9 times where they transfer me 2 to 4 times and then just ring off. I have 7 mails where only the automatic reply returned. They still have all my funds and my bursary will lapse.

This is one if not the worst educational institutions and I would urge any prospective students to stay away. Milparks admin is the worst I have ever seen.
