Made to fail on purpose

To whom it may concern. I am off the opinion that my summative was not marked it is highly impossible for me to obtain 48% twice for the same module. I need both my summative papers so that I can see where I went wrong maybe there is something that I am not understanding. I will take this up to the highest authority.
