Made to fail a module
Good day,
I just received my results for BPBF02-5 I have done so well for my year mark for my assignment I got 80% for my Summative I got 41% and it states that we need to get at least 40% on our exam I got 41% with a good year mark why am I then made to fail. the exam was out of 70 marks and the exam contributes 70% of your overall mark. kindly please contact me with regards to this

09 Dec 2020, 13:49called your student support and I am told that that had to average, average is 28.7% for my exam and that is they do not round of how pathetic is that so now I will lose the one mark that I need to pass because you do not round off, how convenient is that. and repeat the whole module because of this 1% they I'm missing. 1% is what I am missing to pass this module. can someone get back to me soon please.
