its sometimes frustrating to be a Milpark student

<p>Studying with Milpark is starting to become a very painful experience, every year I seem to experience problems with them. If is not them issuing the incorrect qualification certificate or incorrect names on it, is the lack of service one receives from their student services. I qualify for a supplementary examinations and as a distance student I can only write the exam in the next semester, which is what is noted on their education rules, I however received an sms on the 7th of January 2017 saying that I have the last chance to register for my supplementary exams even though the email send the due date was the 2nd of February 2017. I them send them an email to query about the SMS as I planned to register on the 20th of January 2017 taking into account the due date noted on the email received from them, but I was told that if I don’t register I will have re-register the entire module. On the 20th I then decided to phone the student services for an assisted registration as the system was not allowing me to register as it giving an error message saying exam type not found. The first thing I was asked was if I was going to pay for it, is like money first then we will talk to you. I paid the required amount as requested and today is the 30th of January 2017 and my application is still on a pending status. This is really frustrating as I am not receiving assistance with the back and forth emails I have sending since the beginning of this year.</p>
