Issues with an Assignment

I missed an assignment because it was not on the calendar or the list of Assigments on myservices tab. When I queried it the calender was simply updated and then I am told to pay for a special application. The course I am doing already costs 12000 and I cant write an exam without submitting an assignment. I should not have to pay for the mistake made bu the Institution. When you call the call centre you hold for what seems to be an eternity. With the amount we pay I believe they can afford more consultants or to call their students back. Right now I am at a loss because I am unable to speak to anyone and it takes a few emails to get a response back, Time is running out since the year course has been squeezed in 10 weeks. MI***
