Is it Possible to get hold of Milpark??

I'm very disappointed that I could not get a hold of the institution. I'm constantly on hold or getting hung up on. I even sent my contact details through for a call back and have not received anything.

If this is how the institution conducts they service. I'm considering looking for another institution to do my studies.
