Incorrectly Marked Assignments

Currently doing a BCOM with Milpark and it has been just horrible ! We recently received results for an assignment as well as a memo - all the answers on the memo has been incorrectly calculated as they have copied and pasted from another document and did not properly check before posting the memo . The tutor has responded to say that the memo answers were incorrect but ignores when we ask when will marks be correctly allocated . I guess they are just lazy to remark all assignments and recapture on the system .The students are stressed because what will happen in the exam when we are unable to check how it was marked because we clearly can not rely on their marking. Which ever email address you use for Milpark , the only response is "this will be forwarded to the relevant department" . Even when students ask the tutor questions , the response "You have to research that" .
