Inconsistent service delivery!

Yet again I am given the round around by Milpark, I contacted student support via the only channel made available EMAIL and you have to wait around for a response I was advised that I only needed to complete two more subjects to complete my course, I was quoted same and paid in full. Now upon completion i have been requesting my certificate of completion and being told I need to complete another further module.

This is very frustrating and inconsistent service delivery as my original request asking what was needed in order to complete was clearly not actioned correctly and now I am left waiting as usual once again for answers!
