I cant explain how disappointed I am after receiving an sms saying i failed. I went through a stressful time to accept the results and I called to make arrangements to supplement and I was given date for next year and everyone would give different information when u call ans now today I get a call to ask me to ignore THE sms AS it was a system error.this is unacceptable for an institution as big aw yours. WHAT a trauma caused. Hope TO get an sms with a pass because I am not prepared to go through the trauma again.we pay a lot ofoney for this kind of service.please fix your internal processes and train staff to give proper feedback and information <br> I can't begin to explain my disapointment
