*********** Advice at my expense

I failed my Financial Management FINMO2-7 and I qualified for a Supp this was last year second semester. I was called to register for the Supp and I told them that I would rather re-do the modul. On the 21st of May 2019 I was called by another consultant that advised me to register for a supplementary exam as it would be cheaper since I still have another module to pay for,he sent me an application for registration with the Supp that I would have to write on the 1st of November 2019. I paid my fees and sent in my registration form, I got an sms the following day being told that they were unable to process my registration. I called and I was told that the supplementary was only valid for first semester, I appealed this and they say my appeal has been denied. I don’t understand why the appeal was denied besides the FACT MILPARK WANTS US TO PAY MORE AND MORE MONEY, I gave them my supporting documentations and it seems they didn’t even look at it, I’m really not happy with Milpark,this needs to come to an end.
