Incompetency of Milpark Education

On 24 July 2025 I app**** for my son to enrol for the account course at Milpark Education (pad R300 application fee). All necessary documents were sent through. My son got notified tgat he must do an affidavit by saps, which he did and sent it through. Hecwas then advised that his matric results were outstanding and he app**** for it and sent it through. Then again they requested his ID. Everytime my son would comply and ask me to phone and confirm they have everything which I did and was told then that they will phone my son to confirm with him. On the day that applications closed (04bAug) mybson asked me to phone them again to confirm everything is in order. I was told it is in order and his student councilor will phone him to confirm. Last week my son said he has motbeevwived anything from Milpark Education and I phone them again! I was told they have everything and he is registered but not for this year as his application was late. I insisted on speaking to soneone senior as this was not acceptable. A supervisor confirmed that my son is not enrolled for this year and I explained to him hoe pathetic their admin system is and that it is better for my son not up study their as I doubt their education level will be any better if this is an indication of their their competency. He advised that he will investigate the matter .... I never heard from him again. Maybe he doesn't want to deal with my screaming at him again.
