IF YOU PLANNING TO STUDY AT MILPARK THINK TWICE!! THEY HAVE THE WORST SWEVICE AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT STUDENTS

Last year 2024, i passed my advanced certificate in Banking and i paid it up in full before registering for Bachelor of Admin this year. I lost my job after Enrolling for BBA and paying a deposit for it. I started my job hunting and recieved a job offer but they needed my results for Last years qualification (Advanced certificate) when I called milpark in February they said I cannot get my results for my previous qualification because I'm still busy with BBA I need to pay it in full. I told them the results I need are for a qualification that has already been paid up and completed but they refused. I had to then deregister the BBA thinking after de registering they will refund me the money that I had already paid and then give me my statement of results, it has been a month and a half I have not recieved my results even after canceling the current qualification. I am still unemployed and have missed the job opportunity because of milpark. I just ph0ned them again now and their call center agent just transferred me to someone else without even notifying me. I am beyond disappointed and don't even know how ro continue with my job hunting without the proof of qualification. I regret the day I approached this institution for my studies. I have logged numerous cases on help desk they keep saying it's resolved but account is not updated.
