I wish I had not registered with Milpark!

I am studying HR management and Practices with Milpark online. I'm into my very first module, and was scheduled to write my exams on the 19th of Jan 2016 to 25th Jan 2016. Obviously the exam date had always shown on my calendar whenever I logged in. Given the exam date, I app**** for study leave at the of my employment, but before that I requested a timetable from Milpark for my employer to approve study leave, which they emailed. To my surprise, on Tuesday when I logged in to start the exam, everything had disappeared. I sent an email to Student services, called but no one could assist, they just kept on transferring my call until they hung up. At that time I have taken study leave thinking that I was infact going to be writing exams. Another thing which is even more disgusting, I study with a bursary, and on the 23rd I am supposed to be starting a new module, which the bursary hasn't paid for yet because they want proof of registration. I tried registering online however the registration couldn't go through unless I attached proof of payment. I sent an email to Milpark to grant me proof of registration so that the bursary can pay. UNTIL TODAY, NOTHING! SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE!!!
