i repeat my modules unfairly

i got a ZERO Mark on the 28/05/2015 for my assignment that stated that i plagiarised Assignment 1(ERMA01-6/S1 05/2015) whatever they meant,i got the email explaining the procedures late and i repeated the module and today i got my assignment with a 40% mark which according to me you not gonna pass the exam with that mark.WE DISTANCE LEARNERS,WE ARE UNFAIRLY TREATED BECAUSE WE DONT HAVE ANY ONE TO COMPLAIN TO.I JUST WANNA FINISH THIS ****** DIPLOMA AND STAY AWAY FROM MILPARK.IVE EPIRIENCED THIS SINCE MY 1ST YEAR AND I AM NOT HAPPY AT LARGE.
