I regret studying with Milpark

I'm really disappointed with Milpark. I was in the middle of exam questions where loading very slow I spoke to support help desk and they didn't respond as I was about to answer questions 20 it gave me an error massage that I'm not connected to server than boom I was locked out. I went back to support reported that I'm looked out till now they haven't responded. I called milpark and I was adviced that they will escalate the matter now the exam is closed without being assisted.
