I need an Ombudsman intervention.

Milpark is becoming a terrible school by the day. The Academic Committee declined my request for 2 exam deferrals that I wasn’t able to complete because of the MetroFibre outage which disrupted my internet for a while and I have no where to go write my exams. Please also bear in mind that they can see what the problem I encountered was from their side. They said the internet disruption is not their fault so I have to repeat the 2 modules and still pay the full price for those modules which don’t come cheap. I’m going to need Ombudsman to intervene because that’s so ridiculous ! If you need a sign not to go to Milpark Education, this is it !
