I just want my money!!
<p>I was due to write a supplementary exam on the 8th of November and have since decided not write, i had to pay R1410.00 to be able to write and last week i filled a request for my refund, i had to pay an addtional R190.00 for the request which i did, today i received an e-mail from Milpark that they approve my request not to write but they will not pay my money back, i tried calling but i was on hold for 17min and 43sec and eventually hung up, all i want to know is why must i pay for the exam that i am not going to write and what happens to the R190.00 that i paid then?? I will not be forced by Milpark to stick with them even when their service is terrible, student no 211285</p>

After an appeal was filed with Milpark so called "Academic committe" and they decided that they will pay my money, i was informed to fill another form which i filled the 7th already and only after i re-sent it then someone decides to forward it to their finance department, for the academic committee your service is extremely poor.
