I Feel ****** of time & money by Milpark Education

I app**** to be enrolled at Milpark Education on 03 March 2024 for RE1 for Key Individuals course, i paid for the course through EFT and i sent proof of payment though their student accounts and student support email. i waited for about a week when i realised that i was not receiving any communication about the way forward such as acknowledgement of the success of my application and receiving payment, nor be given a student number that i could start using to log in and platform through which i can receive my study material. No one was helpful. No one has resolved my application to date, i was still waiting to receive a letter with my student number and study materials but no one provided that for me. No one was was getting back to me about what the way forward was but instead i was receiving emails admonishing me from sending numerous emails about my query that someone will get back to me and that my issue will be resolved. On 28 March i got fed up with the runaround i was getting from Milpark Education administration so i sent an email requesting a refund so that i can use that money to apply at an institution that takes its applicant seriously. I sent through all the relevant documents they requested for the refund to be processed but i have still not received feedback nor refund, today is 12 April 2024. I feel ****** of time and money by Milpark Education. I really do not want to deal with Milpark anymore as their chanells of communication are not satisfactory, Its either their calls ring ring and then cuttoff, emails you never deal with one person who will deal with the query until its resolved, ecah day someone different responds to the query and they are clueless about what your query is and you have to keep on explaining the same thin over and over
