I experienced difficulty with submitting my assignment on Sunday evening

I experienced difficulty with submitting my assignment on Sunday evening. It was due the following Monday. The system was not responding and greying out, which means I could not load the assignment template and submit it on the turnit in platform. On Monday I experienced the same issue. Tuesday day morning I sent through my query on their help desk and till today I have nor received ANY FEEDBACK. GOOD OR BAD. IT means I do not qualify for the exam. We are encouraged to use the school platforms but I am ignored. I've been frustrated this whole week. I have asked for feedback again and nothing
