I am still waiting for my certificate since 5/5/15

I have app**** for a job and they want my certificate and I have paid R170 for Milpark to courier it over night. I paid them on the 05/05/2015 and still nothing. I called their student services several times and still nothing. The other lady told me that they are busy with graduations dats why they cant help me. But I paid I would understand if I didnt pay for this. This affects my future becouse my HR is waiting for the certificate. Milpark doesnt put its students first and we are their gold mine but still.
