Horrible Service.

Horrible service, its impossible to get hold of anyone from the support center. the staff should get company benefits and take up some short courses to learn how to handle a phone. it seems new admissions are answered within a few minutes, however the support option is **********.. no contact numbers on the website to complain or raise any concerns.. is this how an academic institute should operate..
