horrible service

very poor service and inconsistent information given by the consultants. every time I need register, I am sent from pillar to post, last year after paying and submitting all the relevant documents I almost did not register, due to a false information given and due to poor service and horrible attitude from the staff members, in January this year I COULD NOT REGISTER because of a misinformation from their side, and lack of follow up and communication, I than had to wait for July of 2018, now again I'm being sent around, i still have not registered and closing date is around the corner all I want is to register and study in peace without any distress, and unnecessary drama I have a credit balance with them and i doesn't make sense why I should struggle
