Horrible learning institution.

I have been sending complaints to the program head, HOD and the dean about the quality of teaching of the economics module. After numerous complaints and demanding feedback I eventually got a meeting with Dean and HOD. The HOD initially agreed on the call to add additional learning material and question papers to assist. When the day came nothing was I done and no communication that they had changed their minds . I had to follow up and his response was that he changed his mind, in essence refusing to help students with learning material. Students are purposefully bieng sabotaged and intentionally made to fail to the knowledge of the school. They ignore all complaints and refuse to assist when we ask for help. Furthermore they withheld my 1st semester marks, while I had fully paid and said I must pay for all modules registratred for even though they had not even started. I had to fight them for my marks. My study material also arrived late.it is an absolute nightmare and a *******. So frustrating and definitely not worth it. It's better to go to an institution that respects its student body and has some level of decency.
