Horrible communication and horrible systems

I have sent emails from last year Dec. I have called, sent emails and NO response. This is a HUGE example of how bad things are in this country!! How are we suppose to be educated when we wait months for communication? We pay extreme amounts of money just to get to a education that is as useless as this. I sent emails at the start of last year informing Milpark that I write down all questions and answers on online exams, we are allowed to do that. We show our surroundings before we write an exam. Yet they still send me an email that my exam will not be processed because My head was down looking at the paper I was writing on!!!
