Highly disappointed 😞 with the poor service absolutely ridiculous 😞

I'm highly disappointed with the service I've received from Milpark I completed my studies in 2019 and three years later and I'm still struggling to get my certificate. I've sent emails and they only respond after two months without proper feedback. I did not sign for my certificate we were on lock down the more I'm repeating myself the more they keep on telling me I signed but I never signed .

Someone somewhere is walking around with my certificate . All I'm asking for is a reprint is that so difficult I'm so sick and tired of their poor service I will pay for a reprint. I DEMAND SOMEONE TO CALL ME WHO IS COMPETENT ENOUGH TO DO HIS OR HER WORK TO CALL ME WITH A SOLUTION CAUSE THE PORTAL DONT ALLOW ME TO LOGIN AND I CANT GET HOLD OF ANYONE ON THE LANDLINE NUMBER PROVIDED!!!!!!!!!@@!!
