Great assistance from Vincent Mabule

I would like to commend Vincent Mabule, an administrative assistant at Milpark Education, for the exceptional assistance he provided to me today.

The previous day, I called the school requesting urgent help with a time-sensitive issue. I was told that the matter would be escalated, but unfortunately I did not receive the support I needed despite explaining how urgent the situation was. This left me feeling quite frustrated and worried.

The following morning, I called again at around 08:10 and Vincent Mabule answered the call. I explained that my issue needed to be resolved by 09:00. Vincent immediately reassured me that he would assist as best as he could and stayed on the matter. Within about 30 minutes, he had already helped resolve the issue that I had been struggling to get assistance with since the previous day!!

His professionalism, urgency, and willingness to go above and beyond made a huge difference. It was clear that he genuinely cared about helping and ensuring the problem was solved. In a time like this, he really put the student’s interests first.

Every organisation needs people like Vincent Mabule on their team, individuals who take initiative, communicate so well, and truly assist students when it matters most. Vincent even followed up to ask if I was sorted!! I am very grateful that he answered my call and helped resolve my situation so quickly.
