Graduation Should Not Be a Battle Every Single Time

I have been studying with Milpark Education since 2018, and unfortunately every single graduation has turned into a frustrating battle.

We work extremely hard to pass our qualifications. We pay high fees. The one moment we look forward to is graduation , a day to celebrate our achievement with our families. Yet Milpark cannot seem to accommodate students when it comes to something as simple as graduation times.

I have been allocated a 09h30 graduation slot, which requires us to arrive two hours earlier. As a single mother, this is incredibly difficult. Many of us still have school drop-offs and morning responsibilities before we can even think about attending our own graduation. I requested to be moved to the 17h30 session and was told that other qualifications are graduating at that time. That is not an issue for me – at my previous graduation, I graduated alongside other qualifications and there was no problem.

This is not about special treatment. It is about basic empathy and understanding. Milpark, you are dealing with human beings , working professionals, parents, single mothers ,not machines.

Graduation should be a proud and joyful occasion, not a stressful fight every time.
