Graduation

'm supposed to be graduating on the 17th Apri 2024 @ 17:00 in Sandton, so i decide to call Milpark yesterday to check if all is in order because I did not get the address for the graduation venue.To my surprise i was told that I won't graduate because I didn't Rsvp.I'm 6 months pregnant, i could have missed the communication about the graduation because i wasn't well. I've bought a dress, and made all the necessary arrangements to make the day special. This will be my 1st graduation and my family and i are really looking forward to celebrating the moment and the achievement. I tried reaching out to Milpark for help but no one seems to be interested in my case. Can somebody please look at this matter and give me a chance please, i would do anything to be present on the day, please.I can even get a Dr's letter as proof that I was not well.
