FULLY PAID QUALIFICATION REFUSAL

My company paid for my studies at Milpark until graduation in 2020 which was cancelled. The Certificates were couried but I never recieved mine. Fast forward, after 2 years I enrolled again but this time, in a personal capacity to study further since i wanted to grow in the business, but due to salary changes with the said company right after my enrollment I couldn't continue with the studies. I had to look for better offer somewhere, and in the process of looking I received an offer from one company, which they requested for the certificate as they're in a financial industry and compulsory to have. I requested Milpark to send me my certificate or a statement, it was fully paid buy THE COMPANY for crying out loud, they point blank refused.. that they can't assist, cos my results are blocked due to nonpayment of the 2022 fees, and I need to pay those fees in order to get my certificate, how? 2020 Qualification? With what money if i cant get a better paying job? I am stuck, cos financial industries require that qualification.
