Frustrated, Stressed and Angry

This has got to be the most stress full period of my life after enrolling with this institution. Firstly they don't care about their students but only seem to be after profits. You just don't know who to communicate with regarding your problems. You send an email to support hopping to get support but you get transferred to appeals whose outcomes are never favorable for students. I wrote exams on the 2nd of may and only got my results last week Thursday only to get a did not write because seemingly I did not produce my ID during the verification process
