Frustrated and dissapointed

Milpark has done it again. I'm supposed to be writing an exam today at 9 but the exam link is not there for me to assess the exam. I wrote an email to support las week and I got confirmation that indeed the exam is written today only for this to happen. This is not the first time this issue with this exam happens, I was actually supposed to write it last month and it date was change without my knowledge and I only knew on the day after making preparations and even taking days of work. Today again the same thing happens and I wrote an email to support again and they in turn give me the confirmation I already have.
