FRUSTRATED
It's so frustrating dealing with Milpark education. This whole week I've been trying to do a new application on their portal. It's rejecting uploading of documents and doesn't some of the updates on my profile. I've requested help on the portal, I have called and held on for a very long time but there's no answer. I've even left a message to be called back. No assistance received to date. Today is the last day to submit for funding at work. I guess I'm gonna lose it due to Milpark's incompetence

01 Dec 2023, 08:55So I got a call from Zaida and I ask her to assist with my application...she kept rushing me through it. In the middle of the call she just put the phone down on me before we finish and didn't bother to call back.
This morning she calls me again... doesn't bother to apologise for yesterday. Instead she tells me she had already knocked at 4 and she was doing me a favour because students must complete the application on their own.
What kind of service is this????
