Frustrated

I'm writing this review as a frustrated student of Milpark. You know getting a bursary and going back to further my education was the most exciting feeling that I have experienced in a long time that has now turned into lots of stress and frustration coming from Milpark as an institution. firstly from my application it was a disaster that had to have lots of intervention before I could be accepted for an undergrad program whereas I already had a similar under grad degree. Secondly I had a nightmare with one of the modules that I had to sit for an exam three times and I still couldn't write it because of the Institutions fault. Thirdly I had to miss an entire semester of learning because the funds that my employer had paid could not be allocated to my invoice. I went back on the second semester and that is when it all began or continued still. Module that I could not write, after I had studied for it three times, because of the Institutions fault, now they were saying I owe it and could not register before I paid it and this after the program manager had told me that I wont be liable to pay for it because the fault was on their side that I couldn't write exams. After much deliberations and the program manager alerting finance that I'm not liable for the payment, I was then allowed to register and I thought all is well. Only to find out now that the same module that I was told not to pay for its still showing on my invoice and my employer is refusing to pay for it, which is within their right not to because it was already paid for. I've been talking to Finance through emails for the past three months without reaching any conclusion and the worst part is my employer is deciding to use the funds for other staff
