FEES PAID BUT ACCOUNT DEBITED

When I registered the student advisor Clement told me i could pay the deposit to get my registration sorted as i started late already and then if i was able to come up with the upfront amount within the next month i would be able to pay the upfront amount minus the deposit already paid which i did. My fees are fully paid however my account is now being debited, it seems that i am being charged the instalment amount which is ridiculous and frustrating i emailed the student consultant and its so concerning the email address is not functional anymore, im so disappointed considering the high fees i expect your accounts department to know better. Proof of payments were sent the student advisor it seems didnt inform accounts that this was an upfront amount and no debit order should be processed. someone needs to contact me and rectify this urgently
