Fed up Student

I'm really fed up with this institution , I've tried communicating with them asking the to help me resolve my issues but nothing happend ...I registered for personal selling skills and Regulatory environment modules which i was supposed to write on the 3rd and 13th of november than later on they changed the Regulatory environment to Risk Product module and the consultant said I'll be able to write the regulatory environment around February 2024 fine now I want to register for the regulatory environment the exam date says I'll be able to write next year August 2024 ...tell me now I must wait another year to write one module so I can finish my Qualification due incompetence...why did yall cancel my module and when I call or email you . You send me from Pillar to Post
