I app**** for a bridging course with Milpark education, i was assisted by Sariena Naude, she kept calling me to do follow ups ,on when will I pay the registration fee and all that, i ended up paying the whole amount in full on the 25/09/2021, as soon as i sent her the proof of payment, she started ignoring my emails, i was promised to get a handbook which has the rules of the institution, which i never did, now I have a situation in which i cannot continue with the studies, only now I am told the money which i paid is non refundable, which i don't mind, even if i don't get it, what ****es me off is when Milpark wants me to pay another amount for cancelling the course, and I was not advised about this before hand, I mean i don't owe them anything, they are the ones who owe me and they don't disclose such things until it's too late. I do not have money to pay you , take from the R2000.00 that I paid to you last year.
