Extremely unhappy by Ruined plans.....

Not happy with Milpark at all. i have been with you guys since 2010 you seriously dropped the ball this time. I registered and PAID IN FULL for my studies for 2020 and only found out in the 2nd Semester that Milpark decided to cancel one module "because they thought i cannot cope with doing 3 modules" - this after I did the first 3 modules in the 1st semester and passed with flying colors. Nobody consulted with me when they canceled it, they did not evens have the decency to notify me that they have canceled 1 module. When i send them an email their response: It is unfortunately too late to load a new module for you – it is systematically not possible" and that i should do this module in 2021. i had planned to finish in 2020 and NOT 2021. i am so extremely unhappy.... the person who decided to cancel the module is not evens responding and she is copied in ALL the mails. i have tried to get hold of her for 4 days and to date no phone call or an email to tell me what and how this can be solved.......pathetic
