Extremely Disappointed with Milpark Education’s Service

My husband and I previously studied with Milpark Education and had a very positive experience, which is why we confidently enrolled our daughter with them. At the time, the Distance Learning Online (DLO) model worked exceptionally well for part-time studies.

Unfortunately, their recently introduced immersive online learning system has been a complete failure.

From the start, it was clear that lecturers are not properly trained on the platform, making learning frustrating and ineffective. There is no direct communication with lecturers, and overall, the system feels disorganized and poorly implemented.

After completing only one subject, we made the decision to cancel our daughter’s enrollment. The cancellation was approved, and we then submitted a refund request for the remaining three (3) subjects. Shockingly, the refund request was declined with no proper justification.

Trying to resolve this has been even more frustrating. You cannot speak directly to student support; calls go unanswered, messages are left with promises of a callback that never happens, and emails are completely ignored. We submitted another refund request a week ago, which is still pending, with no feedback.

It is extremely disappointing to see how quickly they take your money, yet provide virtually no customer support when issues arise.

Based on our recent experience, the service has deteriorated significantly. What was once a reliable institution now lacks communication, accountability, and basic customer care
