Extremely Disappointed with Lack of Evidence and Support

I have been a student at Milpark for over five years, and never have I felt more let down by their support and feedback. Recently, I was faced with accusations that lacked any concrete evidence, and despite my efforts to seek clarification, the institute has failed to provide substantial proof to support their claims.

Instead of thorough investigation and meaningful engagement, I have received what feel like generic responses—without any indication that they have properly reviewed my exam recordings or made a fair assessment. This level of disregard for student concerns is deeply frustrating and undermines trust in their academic processes.
