Extremely bas communication
It's been over a month since I've paid the study material fees, numerous emails and multiple calls which have not been answered ( longest waiting time has been 28 minutes with no assistance) at this point I am glad I also didn't pay for the workshop for my RE1. Can you please urgently assist me with this as I have an exam booked for the 1st week in March and still haven't received clear communication on this matter.
