Experience with registration

I must say that I am disappointed by the way Milpark Education run their business as an Institution of Higher Learning. I was of the view that this is one of the best Business Schools there is; but they just proved me wrong. I have been pushed from pillar to post by the so called Student Advisors at Milpark Education: Student Advisors Riedwaan Dreyer, Eshaam Samaai; until this morning after I have made full payment of the outstanding balance for all my 5 modules. I paid R18 350.00 yesterday as full payment of the outstanding balance after they have deducted R55 000 from a 75% bursary that was allocated to me. When they finally issued me with the Acknowledgement of Debt I realized that the calculations were wrong and questioned the amounts that were alleged to be payable by me on the AOD with Mcedisi Mthombeni. He had to recalculate the amount and the amount reduced from R34000.00 to R18 350.00- such incompetency I must say! I then paid the R18350.00 as soon as he sent the new AOD ; and to my surprise I am been told this morning that registration for this quarter is closed; and that I cannot study for the entire quarter after paying the full outstanding amount! I was told by Raees this morning that registration for this quarter is closed; who initially said that the reason for my registration for this quarter not to be finalized was due to the fact that there is outstanding documents that I must still submit such as matric certificate and CV. when I told him that that is impossible because the College has all my documents and I am not registering with them for the first time so there is no chance that they do not have my documents.

What really happened to the "Milpark Business School"? It seems like they have lost the plot somewhere along the way!
