exceptional customer support

I have to commend the Ismail king. Milpark is a great institute and the service generally never disappoints. but what makes this experience unique is that . it had been a challenging year for me with the first half of it being hospital. so when i tried to register for the second semester i was in a bit of tails spin venturing into a proper degree with limited knowledge of the application process since my education would be funded by the company i work for. this particular individual took it upon themselves to educate me, follow up and guide me .not once did this individual lose their patience or come across as patronizing. the customer service or client experience is honestly one of a kind. though my story did not end well . i want to say thank you for hard work and work ethic
