Exam technical issues with payment of a non-refundable fee

I was writing an exam on Friday 25/10/2024 I was 15 munities in and there was a technical issues on Milpark side I was logged out of the exam. I tried to contact the help team and after 4 hours of waiting, I was told I will have to defer the exam. I asked to speak to the program manger but no one was willing to call me, I even offered to call them if i was just given contact details i will call but with no luck. I was then told the Program manager will call me on Monday, after i had to wait for 4 hours, no cared or had sympathy for me to give me a call. today it's Tuesday and I haven't gotten any call, I don't know when I will rewrite. I must pat a non-refundable fee for Milpark's error. their fees are very expensive min you, to pay R8500,00 for 1 module and to be treated like this!!! I always had issues with Milpark, there is always something that requires you to pay money which show it's clearly a ****. last semester I was told I will have to redo a module because i did not do a 360 degree ****, when you view the video, i did the room scan. there is always something. They don't want us to finish. I honesty think this it about time for Carte Blanche to investigate Milpark. to save other people from experiencing the stress, anxiety.
