Exam technical issues

Very overwhelming and disappointed as well. I only managed to answer 5 questions after so much effort and sacrifice. I never experience these issues when writing my tests why only with the exam? Just to be told that I should apply for a deferral to re-write the exam and pay a non-refundable fee. No care for students.
