Exam system not working

I wrote a commercial line with Milpark, and their system kicked me out. I waited for almost an hour to be assisted, and I couldn't finish my exam due to the time lost. I have now failed the module, and I'm advised that I must repeat instead of getting a rewrite. I tried to send emails and called with the response.
