Exam support 🚮

I am so disappointed with the help that I received from Milpark and their support team during my exam. I encountered an issue with canvas whilst trying to access my exam paper. As a result I could proceed from the exam agreement page but Proctorio was running in the background and all checks were done. I asked for assistance from the live chat for hours and hours on end with success. I spoke to three agents and they couldn’t provide a solution, Instead they stopped replying. I watched the go by and nothing was done. Studying so hard only to sit-in and not be able to write.
