Exam results issued after registration cut-off dat

Milpark Business School (MBS) students wrote a supplementary exam in Banking 2B on the 16th Jan 2015. These results were due to be released on the 11th Feb. 2015 - a week after MBS closed registration for the 1st semester in that subject, 6th Feb 2015. When I queried them on the 18th Feb, if we may register due to my results only being published on the website on the 13th Feb, I was told unfortunately not, but would have to wait until the 2nd semester. How does that make sense?? Issuing results AFTER you have closed the registration process?? Very unfair, on the students who now have to wait until July to register again. This is my final paper to obtain my qualification, but MBS has been most unsympathetic to students.
