Exam Issues

I've always had issues with Millpark when completing my online exams. Again today I couldn't complete my exam because your systems could not record me even after I've successfully submitted online assessments and did the prep test. I am sick and tired of the unnecessary frustration added to the exam anxiety each time I am to write. The emotional and psychological suffering is just too much. On top of it all I'm being told that I have to pay a deferral fee on top of the R8k paid for one module?It's either you defer the exam without any costs or cancel this whole thing and refund me my money.
