Exam issue

Bad experience right at the end of my qualification.

I’ve been with Milpark, but experience a very bad treatment at the end of my studies. I wrote an exam in Nov which the system kept on going offline as a result I think some of my solutions were not captured. Result came out and they said I failed, of which it made no sense as I got distinctions for my assignment and both my online test. Fine they gave me a supplementary exam, which on their email they said it’s the 23rd Jan. I followed up just to be sure, they sent me another email saying the 24th Jan. On the day of the exam my student portal was greyed out and they telling me that I am not registered for the supplementary. I am beyond dissatisfied… Milpark did me so wrong. This was supposed to be my moment to graduate… everytime I have to do its stories after stories.
